Blackboard Learn 9.1 is a web-based course management system that allows faculty to post course material on the web, provide prompt feedback to students, as well as facilltate interaction with and between students. With this change Blackboard will also be used to continue instruction in the event of a natural disaster or event that could cause the college to shut down its two campuses in Española & El Rito. - Fully online courses = $25 per credit hour.
- Interactive video courses = $25 per credit hour.
