Michael Gideon, PhD

Dr. Mike Gideon joins Northern New Mexico College as an Assistant Professor in Information Engineering Technology for the College of Engineering and Technology. He comes from Reno Nevada where he served as the IT Department Chair for the Career College of Northern Nevada. Dr. Gideon graduated from Capella University with a Ph. D in Information Technology and received his master’s degree from Kaplan University in IT/Security. He is an outdoor enthusiast and appreciates all New Mexico has to offer.
