The NNMC Office of Institutional Research collects, analyzes, and publishes aggregated data on students, staff, and finance. Prior to initiating a data request, please consult the following resources:

• Fact Book: Fall census report with information on degrees, faculty, staff, and financial aid (produced annually)
• Enrollment Reports Contains information on enrollments and student credit hours (SCH) by level, college, demographic group, and time status (produced each semester)
• Graduation Reports: Annual Graduation Summary reports on students completing their programs (produced annually)
• Retention Report: Annual production of department-wise retention study data.
• Surveys: Annual surveys conducted with the goal of obtaining valuable feedback and insights. The results of these surveys are analyzed to gain a deeper understanding of their perspectives and experiences.
• NM Annual Accountability Report: The New Mexico Council of University Presidents (CUP) releases an annual Performance Effectiveness Report, which serves to comply with the Accountability in Government Act (AGA). Along with outlining the AGA performance goals of each university, this report provides extensive accountability information. Northern New Mexico College started participating in this report in 2012, following its transition into a four-year institution and the graduation of its first six-year cohort.

To ensure prompt processing, kindly furnish us with comprehensive details. Vague or incomplete information may lead to delays and necessitate additional correspondence. Please note:

• Submission of a request does not guarantee data access. Data dissemination is at the discretion of the data stewards and guided by state and federal regulations and NNMC’s data governance practices.
• Data requests take various amounts of time to process depending upon the complexity, sensitivity, and time submitted. During Critical IR Reporting periods, we cannot guarantee delivery sooner than 3 weeks from the date of the request. During less intensive periods, we can typically return data within 2 weeks, subject to other reporting priorities and the complexity of your request.
• We are unable to provide reports to be used for student research, master's theses, and doctoral dissertations.
